Mischelle has dedicated her career to lifting up companies to attain their goals while collectively coaching employees to maximize their full potential.
When it comes to transformational business leadership and coaching, more than three decades have served up a montage of challenges and issues to tackle. I can’t think of how many times I’ve thought “wow, now I’ve seen everything.” And then…something new and unique crossed my desk. But in all of that, I’ve had the absolute privilege to work with some of the finest people in the country, many of whom have allowed me to assist them on their journey. And as with any valuable relationship, I learned things about myself as well.
The business landscape has changed dramatically over the years, but even more so in the last five. Our global economies are so interconnected that decisions made across the ocean can create serious and reciprocal ripple effects for the US. We saw this so vividly during the COVID-19 pandemic; dramatic changes to how and where we work. While change in general can be unsettling to many people, I personally find change exhilarating and often times fascinating. I believe when we are stretched, challenged, and thrown a curve ball now and again, we grow. In growth, we learn things about ourselves and if we allow it, we come to appreciate just how strong and resilient we are.
Now, I have brought that expertise of leadership development and coaching out of the confines of working for an individual organization, into the business world. My passion is to teach entrepreneurs and executives how the same systems I’ve used for years can be used to elevate and empower themselves and their leadership teams. Leadership development is one of the most profound commitments a company can make. Statistics are showing employees asking for one-on-one coaching for their own personal development is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after employee benefits for new hires. You and your team deserve an opportunity to take your careers and businesses to the next level. Let me show you how!
While being a business executive fuels me, my family is what fills my soul…hands down! My time with family is the most important thing in my world, especially now that I’m an empty nester. I cherish moments with my husband, three daughters, son-in-law and three grandsons. We love to travel, camp, fly fish and be outside as much as possible in beautiful Colorado…our home.
It has not been easy to maintain a healthy balance with work and family, especially during the many years I traveled so much for work. The time demands when you’re working towards that next been promotion can really take a toll. The support of my family allowed me to do the things I needed to do for my career. I am forever grateful to all of them. Now, as an entrepreneur I am afforded the ability to create a work schedule which supports time with the people I love most in this world while doing work that I am truly passionate about. We all deserve to create that for ourselves.
